Access your design    (step 1)

  • Our goal in our first two months is how to Become a leader worth following. 

  • through our core tools - the learning circle and know yourself to lead yourself - we will access how God is at work in you and through you.


  • This is a collaborative process based on your context and 5 voices. 
2-month - Access design

Access the Leader   (step 2)

During this one-year training you will meet monthly with a guide for 60 minutes. 

  • You will achieve the following outcomes: learning to lead yourself, becoming a leader worth following, acquiring our tools.
  • Assessing and improving team performance, and creating a healthy culture. We call this accessing the Jesus Shaped life. 
6-12 month - Access the leader

Access the team year 2   (step 3)

  • The xcelerate leaders program, is a comprehensive character and competency process.  
  • The program focus is team performance.  Communication, relationships, alignment, execution, and capacity growth. 
  • We call this accessing a Jesus Shaped team. The team meets monthly for 90 minutes.
12 month - Access the team

Access the company year 3   (step 4)

The leadership at Access aims to expand the development of individuals throughout the company.

  • We have a distinct design for individuals, teams, and the organization. We refer to it as a VDR leadership process that is viewable, doable, and reproducible.
  • Many leaders lack a comprehensive design that can be accessed by everyone from the owners and C-Suite to regional leaders, managers, and every department within the company. We will demonstrate how you can integrate this culture throughout the entire company. 
  • We call this building a Jesus Shaped family.
12 month - Access the company

  • Practice the art of listening to God and discerning His presence at work. 

2:  Learning to cultivate Self awareness

We build capacity when we: 


  • Experience God is for us, with us, in us and through us. 

 

  • Become aware of hidden tendencies and how they impact others in stressful situations. 


  • See how our over used strengths become our weaknesses.  


  • Learn how to be a non anxious presence. 

 

3:  Developing our people

We build capacity when we: 

  • Take our unconscious competence and make it conscious for the team.


  • Cultivate character and competencey in those we lead.  


  • Develop the skill to support others while excelling in our roles.


4:  A shared company culture

We build capacity when we:

  • Instill a cohesive culture that is VDR - viewable, doable and reproducible.  


  • Foster a common language, tools, and organizational clarity that is simple, sustainable and scalable throughout the organization.


  • See this as a God  idea not just a good idea. Not a task but a commitment worthy of your life.
